Who We Are

The Firdous Rehman Foundation (FRF) brings hope to people in Pakistan and Bnagladesh. We are a charity company with our main office is in Gulberg, in the heart of Lahore. We started our journey in 2022. Since then, FRF have worked hard to change lives.

Our Humble Start

We saw many people struggling every day. Families lacked food. Children stayed out of school. Sick people could not afford medicine. We decided to take action. Our founders created FRF to bridge this gap. We believe every person deserves a life of dignity. We serve everyone regardless of their background.

Who We Support

Our team works on the ground to reach the most distant corners. We focus our energy on specific groups who need us most:

Widows and orphans looking for safety.
Homeless families needing shelter.
People with disabilities seeking better lives.
People trapped under heavy debts.

Focus on Health

Healthcare costs too much for people with low incomes. FRF provides medical support to those in pain. Our health programmes save lives every single day. We want a healthy Pakistan and Bnagladesh for our future generations.

Power of Learning

Education changes everything. Our Education Empowerment project helps children break the cycle of poverty. We pay school fees, ensure students stay in classrooms, and make sure poverty does not stop a child's dream for a better career.

Spreading Kindness
