Firdous Rehman Foundation (FRF) needs your time and your heart. We work every day to help the poor in Pakistan and Bnagladesh. However, our team cannot reach everyone on its own. Kind people like you make our mission possible. When you volunteer, you become the hands and feet of our charity. You bring hope directly to the doorsteps of those who suffer.

Join Us

People help us in many different ways. Some volunteers pack food bags for the hungry. Others join our staff on the streets to distribute hot meals. You do not need a special degree to work with us. Every willing spirit and kind smile makes a difference. We welcome everyone from all walks of life into our family.

Share Skills

Do you have a special talent? Teachers help our students with their difficult lessons. Doctors check the health of our elderly friends during our camps. You can even assist in our office with computers and phones. Every skill you share strengthens our foundation. Your talent can change a child's or a widow's life today.

Local Action

Currently, FRF funds these projects through its own resources. Our team works hard in Lahore and beyond. You can support these people by giving just a few hours of your week. We organise local events and school drives throughout the year. Your presence makes these events successful and joyful.
